The government has launched a call centre to give health information to the people across Bangladesh.
Health insurance and Family Welfare Minister Mohammed Nasim on Sunday formally opened up several, 16263, calling which individuals could possibly get advice twenty-four hours a day.
He stated it was yet another initiative of Pm Sheikh Hasina to achieve health services towards the doorsteps of those.
It has been named as ‘government health call center: shastobatayon’.
The big event in the Secretariat was told that besides giving health-related information, the phone call center can help patients get private and public ambulances.
The center may also receive complaints against private and public hospitals and treatment centers.
Additional Director General for Health Prof Abul Kalam Azad, who also runs the e-health services, briefed journalists around the service.

Britain’s development arm, Dfid, supported the federal government introducing this particular service, the ministry stated.
